Thank you for taking interest in my art! I specialize in convention signage with a focus on voiceover talent looking to make their work well-known when traveling to events. My current work includes vertical standing banners, horizontal hanging banners, autograph prints, and pricing sheets. I got my start designing banners eight years ago and since then, I’ve helped over 36 voice actors stand out in the convention scene.

Autograph prints

Features up to 12 characters on an 8.5”x11” sheet. Your name, title, headshot, and social handles can be displayed. Layout will be optimzed to include a spot for an autograph.

Pricing sheet

Features a list of pricing information on an 8.5”x11” sheet to be displayed at your con table. Up to 2 characters can be included. Your name, title, headshot, and social handles can be displayed.

Custom requests

If you have ideas outside of the listed details, let’s chat! My goal is to make your signage unique to you and something you’ll be proud to display.

Banner sizing

Vertical standing banners should be between 24”-30” wide and 66”-83” tall. Horizontal hanging banners should be between 60”-84” wide and 24”-36” tall. The exact size will be determined by the print vendor you choose (see below).

Characters

I will research high-quality photos of your characters so you do not have to find images yourself. If you are not happy with some of the images I choose, we can work together to find ones that are both high quality and perfectly captures the character. (Please note: some lesser-known characters can be harder to find in a good quality format.)

Design

The banner will be designed in your preferred aesthetic or theme. Let me know if you want to use specific fonts, colors, shapes, or other elements to create your vision.

Printing/Print vendors

You are responsible for printing the signage once the artwork is finalized. The print vendor you choose will decide the exact sizing and material for your signage, as every vendor has varying sizes and materials. If you would like help in choosing a vendor, please reach out for recommendations.

Contact me to discuss pricing. Combo pricing is available if you are looking for multiple products with similar designs.

Once I receive your character list, design preferences, and print vendor, I’ll begin designing. The timelines to receive your first design draft for each product are listed below. If you have any changes, I will complete those within 2 days. You can continue to make tweaks with no limits and no extra fees, as I want you to be completely satisfied with your signage. If you have multiple projects at once, the timelines will not stack. The product with the most characters will be handled first and the additional signage will follow. The average process from start to finish is about 2-3 weeks, so please keep the full timeline in mind for upcoming conventions. (Rush timeline can be discussed with a fee.) For the final deliverable(s), you will receive a high-quality PDF.

Horizontal hanging banners: standard 2-3 days; premium 6-7 days
Autograph prints: 3-4 days
